Vantage CEO: Attending MIPIM 2025 in France to know About the Latest Technologies in the Real Estate Development Sector.
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Gawad, Chairman of Vantage Real Estate Development, confirmed his eagerness to attend and visit MIPIM 2025, currently being held in Cannes, France. This exhibition is the largest real estate exhibition in the world.
In exclusive statements to Osool Misr on the sidelines of MIPIM 2025, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Gawad said that his presence at MIPIM 2025 is in line with the company’s plan to continuously develop its real estate products, implement innovative projects, and contribute to achieving the state’s goals of exporting Egyptian real estate.
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Gawad pointed out that attending MIPIM 2025 contributes to gaining further experience by learning about the latest technologies, construction methods, and designs used worldwide, which contributes to the development of the real estate product.
Abdel Gawad explained that the state’s interest in exporting Egyptian real estate and placing it on the global investment and tourism map has encouraged many real estate developers to offer diverse and competitive real estate products.
At the end of last year, Vantage Development launched the second project, “M Signature,” Fifth Settlement in New Cairo, in partnership with Morganti International,
one of the largest asset and facility management companies. This project is Morganti’s first in Egypt and is part of Morganti Egypt’s expansion plan to bring its expertise to the Egyptian market.
“M Signature” includes branded residence hotel-style residential units managed by Morganti International.
Apartments spaces range from 46 to 155 square meters, includes studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
The project also offers numerous recreational facilities, including cafes, restaurants, a gym, a spa, a children’s area, a barbecue and party area, retail shops, and other services that ensure comfort and luxury for customers.
The project’s prime location also provides easy access to all the vital areas of the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo.
